In January of 2014 it was rumored that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, her baby daddy, to purchase Keyshawn Johnson’s large mansion in the ultra-ritzy section of Calabasas, CA. TMZ says the couple paid out $8.4 million for the nearly 12,000 square foot house.

The house is adjacent to Justin Bieber’s house. It has 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and is located in the Oaks. Perhaps Kardashian should have gotten a steep discount for having to live next to Bieber. Hope she keeps her children far away from him.

According to Celeb Buzz Kardashian sold her old home for $3.5 million, the reality TV star paid $1.7 million in 2010. The new home is only located five minutes away from their old house and is in a gated community.

The former NFL player’s classy digs, features: walls of glass, steel framed windows, stone floors, hardwood floors, an elevator, and steel/glass doors. This palatial pad was designed by the famous architect, Richard Landry. Landry has designed houses for Gisele Bundchen, Adrianne Maloof, and Rod Stewart.

Recently Kardashian has claimed that she found black mold in several places in the house. She also accused Johnson of painting over the black mold, and endangering her children. The Hollywood Gossip claims that Johnson fired back immediately, responding to Kardashian’s claims.

Johnson, not one to back down from conflict, stated that not only did he not paint over the alleged black mold, but he has never had any rooms of the house painted the entire time he has owned it. The home is less than 10 years old and was inspected before Kardashian purchased the home.

Johnson went on saying that Kardashian has been a complete pain calling him up to 10 times a day to complain about something she doesn’t like about the home. If Kardashian purchased the home in January of 2014, why is she making complaints seven months later?

This is not the first time Kardashian’s have been involved in real estate weirdness. Perhaps she is just stirring the drama pot for the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” reality show.
