Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick put an end to the paternity scandal plaguing their family for several years – ever since the birth of their son Mason in December, 2009. Kourtney Kardashian arranged lab test poof of Scott’s paternity; there is no further question, reported E! News exclusively on Aug. 15. The lawsuit brought by model Michael Girgenti, has been proven bogus.
Kourtney said in an interview: "After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father. While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies—especially when the truth was never in doubt—this story must be put to rest."
It is a shame when celebrities are forced to undergo personal testing – even a simple cheek swab – just to prove their own innocence and to clear the air. According to Todd Wilson, Kourtney’s attorney, "This individual [Girgenti] has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason's father."
The attorney went on: "We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading. His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client."
Apparently, Girgenti was demanding testing of everyone involved, full custody of the child, and added as further proof that Mason does not look like baby Penelope. Fans will hope Kourtney Kardashian’s paternity proof will end the scandal.
