Kourtney and Khloe were excited to have their own TV reality show called, “Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons.” However, it seems that the Hamptons wasn’t as elated to have the two Kardashian women taking over their location.

According to TMZ, they say that a real estate sources tell them that Khloe and Kourtney can’t find a property to rent for their show. Apparently, the residents of the Hamptons have taken to social media to voice their disapproval on having the Kardsahians living in the area. Local residents threatened to move if the Kardashians set up shop. The people are worried because the Kardashians attract the paparazzi and that is the last thing the residents want disrupting their peaceful setting.

One person said they believe that by having any of the Kardashian family in the area will “attract trash and ruin Southhampton. The Southhampton residents would prefer them to go to East Hampton. Apparently, that area is more of a new money section. However, TMZ reports that East Hampton won’t take them either.

Kourtney and Khloe planned to open a pop-up Dash clothing store. Radar Online reports Deputy Editor, Nicole Barylski and Executive Editor and publisher, Nicole B Brewer said, “The fact that they’re going to put down roots out here is a big deal because it’s going to impact the economy somehow. People will either decide to avoid the Kardashian store completely, which could affect the surrounding stores or on the flip side you could have the place so completely and utterly mobbed that hopefully the businesses around it will benefit from the overflow.”

Without a place to put up shop or a house to film in, the Kardashian sisters may have to take over a different town.
