Kolb wants to stay with the Cardinals and may take a pay cut to stay put (Photos)

Former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Kevin Kolb has struggled since being traded to the Arizona Cardinals several years ago.

After being traded, he signed a long-term deal with the team. Now, he is willing to re-work his contract in order to keep his job.

According to the Arizona Republic, Kolb will renegotiate his contract to return to the team next season. In the order, it also says he will be a 100% going into the Cardinals off-season program.

On Tuesday, Cardinals President Michael Bidwell said "Kolb's contract is probably something we're going to need to address." If he stays with the team at a reduced salary, it would definitely face competition to be the starter from John Skelton, among others.
