Jacksonville area Kohl's stores have partnered with Wolfson Children's Hospital to help local children through the Kohl's Cares for Kids program. The program sells children's merchandise and helps promote children's health education and other initiatives.
Kohl's Cares for Kids Products
Throughout the year, Kohl's promotes different children's books, authors, and coordinating stuffed animals that they sell in their stores. Each hardcover book and each stuffed animal sells for only $5.
Parents can purchase children's book written by well-known Laura Numeroff this holiday season. Her famous children's series includes books that feature a mouse, pig, moose, and cat in cause and effect stories. The books that can be purchased at Kohl's include If You Give a Pig a Party, If You Give a Cat a Cupcake, If You Give a Moose a Muffin, and If You Take a Mouse to the Movies.
The pig, mouse, and moose, and cat can be purchased separately to act as a reading buddy for kids while they are listening to the story.
Helping Wolfson Children's Hospital
The Kohl's Cares for Kids program benefits Wolfson Children's Hospital on Prudential Drive in Jacksonville. The program donates 100% net profits from the sales of the children's book and stuffed toys to the hospital. The money benefits children's health programs and education here locally at Wolfson's. Kohl's stores nationwide are helping local children and families not only promote literacy, but also promote education programs for childhood obesity, diabetes, immunizations, and more!
There are Kohl's locations around the Jacksonville area where the Kohl's Cares for Kids products can be purchased.
