Kofstad, Eager lead Presque Isle boys to quarterfinal victory over Ellsworth

Bangor, Me--- Matthew Eager (17) and Andrew Kofstad (20) combined for 37 points to lead the Presque Isle Wildcats to a 57-46 class B boys basketball quarterfinal victory over the Ellsworth Eagles on Saturday morning.

The Wildcats outrebounded the Eagles 28-15. Kofstad finished with eight rebounds. Eager and Tyler Brooks pulled down seven rebounds each for Presque Isle. Eager also dished out four assists. 

Presque Isle (15-5) will take on undefeated MDI in a semifinal game on Wednesday afternoon at 330 PM. Ellsworth finishes the season with a 14-6 record.
