Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers is one of the most prolific scorers in NBA history. Kobe has won two scoring titles in his career, and he has scored the fifth most points in league history. And he is still only 34 years old.

These are Kobe Bryant's career highs in a number of key statistical categories in a game, including points, rebounds, three pointers and assists. I've also included the number of triple doubles Kobe Bryant has had in his career.

  • Kobe Bryant's career high in points in a game - 81

On January 22, 2006, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Kobe Bryant poured in a career high 81 points in a game vs the Toronto Raptors. Kobe made 28 out of the 46 shots he took, including making seven of 13 threes in the game. Kobe also made 18 out of 20 free throws.

Only Wilt Chamberlain, who once scored 100 points in a game, has scored more points in a NBA game than Kobe Bryant's 81 points. The Lakers needed Kobe's 81 points too, as they trailed the Raptors, 63-49, at the half, but went on to win the game, 122-104.

On January 24, 2010, Kobe Bryant grabbed a career high 16 rebounds vs the Toronto Raptors in a game played at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto. Kobe also had 27 points and nine assists in the game, but the Lakers lost, 106-105.

On February 12, 2002, at the Staples Center, Kobe Bryant dished out a career high 15 assists in a game vs the Washington Wizards. Kobe also had 23 points and 11 rebounds in the game, to record a triple double. The Lakers won the game, 103-94. Michael Jordan scored 22 points for the Wizards.

  • Kobe Bryant's career high in threes - 12

Kobe Bryant is tied with Donyell Marshall for the most threes ever made in a NBA game with 12. Kobe made 12 threes in a game vs the Seattle SuperSonics (now the Oklahoma City Thunder) on January 7, 2003, at the Staples Center.

In the game, Kobe made 12 out of 18 threes, and scored 45 points. The Lakers won easy, 119-98.

So far in his NBA career, Kobe Bryant has recorded 18 triple doubles. His last triple double came on November 18, 2012, vs the Houston Rockets, when Kobe scored 22 points, and had 11 assists and 11 rebounds, in a 119-108 win.
