The Los Angeles Lakers are getting are pretty banged up at the moment as they have been dealing with injuries some of their best players like Pau Gasol, Ron Artest and Kobe Bryant all season long, but just like any title contending team in the NBA or another other professional sport for that matter, they always find a way to get back on track.

The Lakers suffered a huge loss to the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday night as Tim Duncan blew out their arch rivals on their home floor in San Antonio, but not only did the Lakers lose a big game against one of their biggest rivals, but they also witnessed Kobe Bryant sustain yet another injury as he suffered from back spasms and wasn't able to finish the game.

Even though the Los Angeles Lakers were coming off an extremely disappointing loss against their hated conference rivals in the San Antonio Spurs, they were out for blood against the Dallas Mavericks despite Kobe Bryant suffering from a bad back.

Andrew Bynum led the way in the scoring department for the Lakers against the Mavs with a team high 22 points, but Kobe Bryant had the two most important points of the game when the game was on the line as he hit the go ahead jumper with 28 seconds remaining in the game.

Unfortuanately, Kobe finished the game with a season low 10 points, but his last shot was as pretty as it gets and basically all the Lakers needed from him to beat the Mavs for the second time in three games this season.
