On Jan. 12, Kobe Bryant, who had been seeking a divorce for an entire year, was seen smiling with wife Vanessa on The New York Daily News site in a story that discussed their decision to try to make their marriage work.
The couple, who were going to end their legal union, are not being quiet about their reconciliation. In fact, the pair released a statement on Instagram that read,
"We are pleased to announce that we have reconciled. Our divorce action will be dismissed. We are looking forward to our future together."
This very direct message was signed by both Kobe and Vanessa and the response from mostly well wishers was fast and furious with 1,502 comments offered to the reunited husband and wife six hours after the posting went up.
For instance, one well wisher said, "You guys make a good couple.. A good lucking couple as well. You know what they say anything worth fighting for is worth keeping. Good luck...[sic]"
Meanwhile, another fan of the Kobe Bryant marriage simply said, "Amen!"
And so, as Kobe Bryant seeks to end his resolve to divorce after a year-long separation from his wife Vanessa, these two famous faces are ready to face up to making their marriage of more than a decade work. Fingers crossed.
