Knoxville's Holidays on Ice closes for Christmas Day: reopens December 26

For all you skating fans, Knoxville's Holidays on Ice closes for Christmas Day 2013 but reopens on December 26. Plus, except for the Christmas Day, they will have extended hours from December 20 - Jan. 5, 2014.

The ice skating rink is on Market Square Mall. It's a popular family activity in Knoxville. The nightly schedule for 2013 includes a college night discount of $2 on Thursday nights. Skaters must show a college ID to receive the discount.

On Friday and Saturday nights, skaters get to enjoy DJ music at the ice skating rink. The music is being provided by Knox Vegas DJ. Special disco lights help make the evening fun.

  • Skate with the Knoxville Ice Bears Mascot on Tuesday
  • A special ice skating sports night is sponsored by Cool Sports on Wednesday

Knoxville's Holidays on Ice skaters must sign a liability waiver. There is a separate waiver for adults and another for minors. Forms may be downloaded from the above url and filled out before arrival.
