Article 12, Universal Declaration of Human Rights: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
Bill Bonner's The Daily Reckoning Australia reports on TSA's rights violations indicate that people flying need the important flight information about rights, how to respond to TSA violating your rights, and how to petition to investigate TSA that Jane Hamsher of Firedoglake issued.
Bonner reports that one woman charged "her blouse had been pulled down, exposing her breasts to the whole airport...and that TSA agents laughed about it. One said he had missed the action. But no problem. He'll watch the video, he said."
Many have now reported that an agent put his hand down pants according - and it is doubtful it's the same agent.
"All right, so they occasionally go too far...embarrass and humiliate travelers. But think of all the good they do.... Well...wait...we're thinking. When did TSA ever actually stop a bomber? Never, as far as we know," writes Bonner..
"Did it ever discourage a bomber... so he had to take his rig and blow up a bus or a train or maybe even a golf cart instead? Not that we've ever heard about.
Bonner furthers, "We've been patted down so vigorously we didn't know whether to leave a tip or lodge a complaint."
"The trouble with you, is you just don't get it,"said a paranoid friend lately. "Can't you see? This TSA has nothing to do with keeping out bad guys. It's about keeping us in. They're not really there to make the airlines safer. Instead, it is just a preparation. They are getting Americans accustomed to following orders, standing in line, and acting like half-wits. They are also training up a whole class of goons. These guys don't ask whether it really makes sense to pat down girl scouts and look at old ladies naked. They just do whatever they're told to do. And they probably enjoy it.
"There are always some people like that - ready to be concentration camp guards and exterminators. The TSA program helps the authorities identify these people."
"Maybe they just want a docile population so they can do what they want."
The New Global Phoenix military term for "docile" is actually "Pacified."
Hamsher asks what every air traveler would be wise to query:

Opt-Out day gathered so much momentum among American travelers in protest to TSA's rights violations, airlines roped off the scanners for the day, November 24.
Because many airline passengers decided to unite in refusing to submit to the TSA’s whole body imaging on the peak flying day for Thanksgiving holiday, November 24, Firedoglake made a handy flier about risks of TSA's porno screeners and patdowns and about passenger rights in the airport.
Hamsher recommends that if the reader is flying this holiday season, print the fliers and hand them to other passengers at the airport.

More than 25,000 people have called for an investigation of the questionable decisions made by TSA Chief John Pistole that Firedoglake has led against TSA's corrupt "security" measures.

The microwave 'cell towers' are not killing people fast enough.
If you want to get even, I thought of a great way. Do a huge freeway blog that reads: "Gynecology Clinic, Next Exit" -with a runny red arrow pointing toward the airport. This will create massive blow-back, more than any 'anti-war' message you could post. The theory is that women actually do have feelings that matter to our representatives, and when they call them in droves, instantly things do change. ...It's works like putting God, or Jesus and Hitler in the same sentence.
Remember, most of these things, like the Monsanto-Bill, are primarily spooned-out to the masses as a trial balloon. They don't really NEED to bulldoze the average American household garden.
Like the riots in the UK, the Media will blame 'tuition fees,' when the reality is that there are no jobs, so what the hell are they doing adding insult to injury?
TSA Daddy coming home from work. His kids ask, "Daddy what did you do at work today?"
TSA Daddy says, "Well kids, Daddy felt the pee pees and butt holes of little boys, teenage boys, and old men!"
Kids say, "But Daddy, isn't that a bad and disgusting thing to do?"
TSA Daddy, "No kids, Daddy loves to do it. Because, I can't touch you like that unless, you want to get on a plane. If people use planes, Daddy can fondle, and squeeze body parts of strangers and not get in trouble!"
Aren't people dumb? Totally!
First, as an American, these universal rights are of not my concern. I have rights in these United States. These rights come from OUR "Constitution of the United States". This whole business with scanning and checking into ones pants is all about "CONTROL". As, a free American, and one who loves my country, I will not bend. My line has been drawn in the sand. I will follow the paths of other free Americans.

We simply have got to preserve what we have left of our constitutional rights. If we don't, we're going to end up the next East Germany -- it was all in the name of "safety" and "protection" and "defense" there, too. Did you the official East German name for the wall they built between them and the West? The "Anti-Fascist Protection Wall," as if the wall were there to keep people safe rather than turn East Germany into the largest prison on earth. It sounds absolutely crazy to say it, but here we are, already getting strip-searched and groped just to get on a plane.
