Every wonder if you have enough sunscreen on when you go outside? Not sure when you need to apply even though you followed the directions on the box? This summer try Sunscreen Bands made by JADS International LLC in partnership with Marvel (Disney), Hawkwild, Lifeguard and Alloy Entertainment.
SunScreen Bands incorporate innovative technology that detect UVA and UVB rays based on how much sunscreen you apply. Before you go out in the sun apply sunscreen all over your body and as soon as you go outside apply the sunscreen to the band. The band is pink originally and will turn dark purple as soon as its hit by the sun. Once your sunscreen starts to wear off the band will turn a light purple lavenderish color. This is a reminder to reapply your sunscreen to your body and to the band. Once your band turns cream its letting you know that you’ve reached your maximum exposure to sun for the day.
The bracelets are designed to be fun for kids to wear and easy for parents to remember when to reapply sunscreen and when their children have had enough exposure to the sun for one day. By creating bands that are fashionable and fun to wear some of the designs include Spiderman and Hulk bands, Save the Ta-Tas bands, flowered bands for gardeners, paw print bands for pet lovers, Lifeguard bands for lifeguards and more.
