Know anything about the 1960s? Help a brother out.

Anybody that was around in the 60s and 70s and has enough brain cells left to remember it might be able to help this guy from Colorado (formerly from Hinckley) looking for pix and info about Oties Automotive AA/FA, to wit: its current location, owner of this car, and or any info about it.

While you're at it if you have info on Otie Smith, maybe his son, Billy Smith, or even Buzzy Vogelsong or Vic Valenski, the main cogs in the Oties wheel as I recall, you might let those guys know about this article, or send the info to Ken at -- kiwi777@q.com.

Ken is looking for any info, trivia and or photos about cars out of Otie's shop in Kenmore. But in particular the AA/FA. I don't know why, but sounds like he may want to buy it or restore it. All those guys mentioned above had a bunch of cars. Buzzi had a TF car with a KB engine.

The person wanting the info hails from Colorado, and the 777 in his email address makes me wonder if he has some association with the Kenz and Leslie funny car. Those were the days. Those cars were so beautiful. Know what the difference was between then and now? Each car was unique back then. If I get to come back that's where I'm going -- drag racing in the 1960s.
