KK Downing Judas Priest guitarists leaves band [video]

KK Downing the guitarist for the popular met legend bad Judas Priest has made the decision to retire from the band now. KK Downing is the founding member of the iconic rocking band which he began in 1969."
KK Downing founder and guitarist of Judas Priest announced his retirement, That band has been around since 1969, it is time to retire the pick tweeted one Cincinnati fan.
 
 
The news was announced on Judas Priest's official website, Judas Priest.com.
The band issued a statement on their official website, Judaspriest.com about his departure. The statement also reveals that the band will engage on it's last world tour but will continue to write and record music together.

The statement reads  "It is with regret that Judas Priest announce that KK Downing has formally retired from the band and will therefore not be joining them on their forthcoming tour. The band respect his decision and naturally wish him well."
 
KK Downing's replacement for Judas Priest's final world tour will be Richie Faulkner, who is currently playing for Lauren Harris' band. Harris is the daughter of Iron Maiden's bassist Steve Harris.The Tour is set to begin in July where Judas Priest will play seven UK dates in July.
 
 
Judas Priest last played in Cincinnati back in 2009 with  Pop Evil, Whitesnake  they  played the PNC Pavilion in Cincinnati.
