A UFO sighting was recently reported from Shanghai, the most heavily populated city in the People's Republic of China. The UFO that was spotted in the sky over Shanghai on Monday, August 15, 2011 was shaped like a kite. It hung in the sky, barely moving, long enough for a witness to take pictures and record video of the object. The video lasts one minute and forty seconds.
Ten minutes after the first unidentified flying object appeared, it was reportedly joined by a second UFO. The video and photos of the event show exactly what happened. A symmetrical kite-shaped object moved slowly beneath the clouds for some time before the second object appeared.
Since both UFOs do not appear on the video at the same time, the argument could be made that it is only one object that moved in and out of the range of the camera, rather than two separate objects.
The object, or objects, closely resembled a diamond shaped kite. The movement of the UFOs also seems to mimic a kite gently moving on the breeze. However, it was reported that the unidentified flying objects were flying too high to be explained by the kite theory.
According to UFO Global Reporting Center, "On August 15th, 2011 an unidentified flying object was spotted over Shanghai, in China. This is the video of that event. Within 10 minutes of the sighting, a second object appeared. Here is the proof. This was too high to be a kite!" The video on the left is from UFOglobalRC's YouTube channel.
