"Kitchen Nightmares" will air a new episode tonight on Fox. On Jan. 25, TV Line posted an exclusive new preview and it's all about frozen scallops. Who would have thought it could be such a big deal?
The frozen scallops cause a huge fight as they are yelling about how long they were in the freezer before they were got out. Gordon Ramsey does not think that frozen food is better than fresh. You should not freeze them at all from what he thinks. He is really mad about it and is not okay with the chef's choice to do it this way.
This episode is at Olde Hitching Post in Hanson, MA. Tom is the owner that Gordon is arguing with and they just don't seem like they can agree on anything. He thinks that his way is the only way and it is going to be hard for him to be convinced otherwise. Everyone that works there is tired of his ways so hopefully he decides to change.
