"I was good for a while and then I wasn’t good, and the weight crept up," Alley told People April 7. "Like I say in the ad, I'm not circus-fat. I didn’t hugely screw up. I didn’t gain 75 pounds. I gained 30."

Kirstie was Jenny Craig's rep from 2004 to 2007, during which time she lost 75 pounds. The 5-foot-7 Alley, who once weighed 220 pounds, slimmed down to a sleek 145 pounds on the Jenny Craig diet. She maintained the weight loss for a few years but her weight has fluctuated a bit through the years.

Alley recently launched her own organic natural weight-loss supplement line called Organic Liaison, which she says increases energy, boosts metabolism, aids sleep, and accelerates weight loss. Alley's products will be integrated into her Jenny Craig weight-loss program.

Alley, who's divorced from actor Parker Stevenson, detailed her dating adventures in her memoir, The Art of Men. Alley and Stevenson share custody of their two adopted children, William True and Lillie Price.
