Fans were wondering what happened to Kristen. She actually cut her foot on a piece of glass and decided that it would be best to use the crutches on the red carpet. It was the ball of her foot that she cut. It was reported that she was only in a bit of pain.
Kristen Stewart did a great job of handling things. She didn't use her crutches all of the time so that she could pose for some pictures without them. She was able to stand up just fine for these shots. She looked great in her dress.
