Love is in the air again in Kingsport and ice cream floats are on the menu! These floats are easy and inexpensive to make. With only three ingredients these bubbly cream cycle flavored yummy treats will leave you plenty of time to enjoy the night instead of slaving in the kitchen.
Not only are they easy to make, very tasty, but they are also reasonably healthy for you. You get all the added benefits of the multivitamins and minerals. The negative effects on the body from the sugar are also somewhat canceled out with the cranberry juice. This treat is nearly guilt free. So make these and enjoy! Here's what you will need for each float.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of strawberry swirl ice cream
- 1 packet of super orange Emergen-C vitamins
- 1 cup of sugar free cranberry juice. Northland is a good brand for this.
Directions:
- In an extra tall mug or glass, add your 2 scoops of ice cream.
- Next add the vitamin powder on top of the ice cream.
- Finally pour your 1/2 of your cup of cranberry juice over the ice cream.
- Watch as the float bubbles up.
- After it stops bubbling you can add the rest of your cranberry juice in.
- Serve and enjoy!
