The compilation also includes the final mix versions of “Kingdom Hearts 2” and “Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep.” As a result, both video remastered video games come with extra boss battles as well as other bonuses.

The development team that is working on “Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix” is also responsible for the production of “Kingdom Hearts 3” on the PS4 and Xbox One. The remastered compilation has a release date set for sometime in 2014. On the other hand, Square Enix has not yet confirmed when the third main installment will launch.
