Amazon has cut the price of its Kindle Fire HD 8.9 inch tablet ahead of Valentine's Day, according to a Feb. 4 HGN report. Until February 8, you can save up to $50 on the Kindle Fire HD 8.9 inch tablet.
In order to get the big deal from Amazon, you must enter the code FIRELOVE when you check out. The code will bring the price of the 16GB Kindle Fire HD with Wi-Fi down $30 for a total $269. The LTE version of the tablet is $50 off, making it $449.
Amazon limited the discount to one per customer, so you can only get one tablet at these lowered prices. In addition to the lowered Kindle Fire HD 8.9 inch tablet prices, you can also get a lower price on the Kindle PowerFast Accelerated Charger, which is not included in the box with the device. It is only $9.99 instead of $19.99 if you order it with the tablet.
This discount code from Amazon ends on February 8, 2013, so there is plenty of time to order this special deal from Amazon and get it in time for Valentine's Day gift giving.
