The South Bay came out in force to celebrate Kincaid’s 15th Anniversary Party!

The 2014 Leadership Redondo class and Mayor Steve Aspel were in the house making merry with local business owners, foodies and long-time customers.

Chef Lance and the staff wowed the sold-out crowd with an incredible seven course meal featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients paired with an astounding array of libations - Champagne, vodka and bourbon cocktails, white wines, red wines and port.

Kincaid’s is a classic steak, seafood, chop house but they know how to mix it up…..deliciously!

The Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna set the stage for an amazing culinary adventure and the Asiago Crusted Halibut Cheek had diners, literally, moaning with pleasure.

Each course consisted of two or three unusual, yet perfectly paired ingredients: Prosciutto on Rosemary Skewer with Persimmon; Kale Caesar Salad; Coconut Prawn with Orange Marmalade; Filet Mignon with Smoked Mushrooms; Truffle Risotto with Lobster Tail And Miso Cod with Asian Slaw.

The evening concluded with Godiva Chocolate Explosion Cake with Salted Caramel Ice Cream and Kincaid’s Famous Key Lime Pie.

Yes, it was as scrumptious as it sounds.
