Kimye baby won’t be on television according to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West

All eyes are on Kim Kardashian’s belly right now, but once baby Kimye is born you won’t see the wee one for quite a while according to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. According to Us Weekly on Jan. 9, the couple have no plans to introduce their child to fans on television or in magazines.

E!’s network president announced, “We look forward to sharing the joy” right after Kanye West spilled the beans about baby Kimye in Atlantic City, N.J. on Dec. 30. But when asked if her child would be on television, Kim Kardashian herself answered Us Weekly with, “No.”

A source close to the couple told the magazine, “She doesn’t even want the baby to be seen for the first six months.” The source also said that Kim Kardashian is “ready to dial back from being so public,” adding that the first-time parents-to-be “have decided as a family that their baby is not going to be on the shows.”

Kim Kardashian’s sister Kourtney has allowed her son Mason, 3, and baby Penelope, 6 months, to be filmed and the source says this is in no way a judgment or criticism of Kourtney.

You can get all the details on the Kimye baby including why Kanye West is “dying to propose” in the latest issue of US Weekly out Friday, Jan. 11.
