Kimberly scout troop hosts bike trips

Scout Troop 44 of Kimberly, Wisconsin, is hosting a series of bike tours for any scouts and scouting units that wish to participate in a series of bike tours ranging from one to two hour rides in the Fox Valley area.

Anyone wishing to participate will be expected to have a bicycle in good working order, helmet, water bottle, snack and appropriate clothing for the weather conditions (to be carried in a backpack or bike bag.

Tours are scheduled as follows:

  • June 19 two hours / Pierce Park, Appleton
  • June 26 two hours / Tellulah park, Appleton
  • July 3 two hours / Lafollette Park, Kaukauna
  • July 10 two hours / Jefferson Park, Menasha
  • July 17 two hours / Smith Park, Menasha
  • July 24 two hours / Kimberly Point Park, Neenah
  • July 31 two hours / Franzoi Park, Neenah
  • Aug 7 two hours / Woodland Park, Appleton
  • Aug 14 one and one half hours / Lindberg Park, Combined Locks
  • Aug 21 one and one half hours / Horseshoe Park, Kaukauna
  • Aug 28 one and one half hours / Schaefer park, Appleton
