It was actually a foreclosure home that she bought and is having fixed up. When Kandi Burruss did this, Kim had nothing but bad things to say about her. Then she did the same thing herself. Kim only spent $880,000 on the house. They didn't even tear down the house and start over, but are actually fixing it.
