Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are reportedly in jeopardy of eviction.

The Don’t Be Tardy Couple recently moved into their Atlanta dream home after over a year of construction, but now, they may be forced to move out — if they don’t cough up the thousands of dollars in back taxes they owe the government.

According to a Feb. 27 report by Radar Online, the Biermann’s were recently served with two tax liens, one for $1,665.26 and another for $10,572.67, and if they don’t pay up by April 11, their home could be seized.

Since the amounts are so small, in comparison to the money that reality star Kim and professional football player Kroy make, they should have no problem paying the bills. However, it is a bit odd that they haven’t paid it yet.

Could Kim and Kroy be overspending when it comes to their house and lifestyle? They certainly do have a lot of bills — especially with six kids and a huge home project.

Hopefully, Kim and Kroy have managed their money properly and aren’t in over their heads, because if they are, they could lose their home, which means they will be on the streets with their six kids.

Luckily, that doesn’t seem to be the case, and a short time after Kim saw the report, she told fans, “Seriously… If the media spent as much time on positivity as they do on negativity/lies can you imagine what a better world we would live in!"
