Kim Zolciak showed off her incredible weight loss on Twitter, and revealed she's back to a size 4 just nine days after giving birth to twins.
In the photo, Zolciak sports a black tank top and black sweatpants and shows off her trim waistline, gushing, "My belly is almost gone!"
Kim said she gained 50 pounds while pregnant and denied rumors she got a tummy tuck or other plastic surgery to slim down.
Amazingly, Kim is the mom of six children (all of whom she gave birth to): Twins Kaia and Kane (who were born on Nov. 25), sons Kroy, 2, and Kash, 1, and daughters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12.
As she did during her previous pregnancies, Zolciak, 35, has shed most of her baby weight shortly after childbirth. She joked on Twitter that she lost the weight running after her menagerie of children.
In January 2013, the former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star said she lost 30 pounds just four months after giving birth to her fourth child, thanks to breastfeeding and a portion-controlled, mostly vegetarian diet.
“I’ve lost 30 pounds,” said Zolciak. “I don’t eat red meat or pork or much dairy, and I always eat in moderation."
Kim said she hates to work out and slimmed down effortlessly because of her busy lifestyle. "I never sit on the couch," said Zolciak, who's married to Atlanta Falcons star Kroy Biermann, 28.
Zolciak, a longtime chain smoker, has made headlines during her pregnancies after being caught smoking cigarettes in public. While smoking is a known appetite suppressant, it's also well documented that prenatal smoking increases the risk of birth defects. Fortunately, Kim's babies were all born healthy.
Meanwhile, Zolciak joins a growing list of celebrity moms who shed baby weight in record time. Norwegian fitness blogger Caroline Berg Eriksen recently made headlines after flaunting her fat-free bikini body just four days after giving birth.
And Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, lost 29 pounds two months after giving birth to son George. Jessica Simpson recently shed 60 pounds just six months after giving birth to her second child.
