Kim Kardashian is now doing something called waist training and it looks a bit odd. She posted a photo on Instagram to share with her fans. On Thursday, US Magazine shared the photo and about how she has already lost 7 lbs. from doing this kind of training.

Kim went to Twitter and said, "#hourglass #waisttraining #nophotoshopnecessary #whatawaist.com @premadonna87." It is very obvious that she has lost some weight and she looks great. Kim still has her booty, but her waist looks really tiny in this picture. Khloe has tried this training in the past too.

Not long ago, Kim shared that she wants to lose some weight. She spoke out saying, "Can't seem to shake this last 15-20 lbs of baby weight," she tweeted on Aug. 5. "I'm not gonna call it baby weight bc thats an excuse. I just gained weight & that's it. Why is it so much harder to lose after baby though!!… ughhhh my hips & butt are huge now! They were big to begin with!"

It will be interesting to see how small Kim Kardashian's waist ends up with this training. She is willing to try anything though and if it takes off the pounds she will do it. This training makes your waist really tight. You use a cincher or corset to make your waist smaller.
