Kim Pham arrest: One woman has been arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon and causing great bodily harm after she and four others brutally beat Kim Pham outside of a nightclub Saturday. NY Daily News reports Jan. 21 that the other four are still being searched out. All are being described as Hispanic between the ages of 20 and 25.
Pham, 23, remains on life support so doctors can use her donated organs. Pham's sister, Katie Nguyen, wrote the message on her Facebook page.
Five people brutally attacked Pham while she was waiting outside a Santa Ana nightclub -- The Crosby -- Saturday morning at about 12:30 a.m. They were arguing and things turned violent after that. The group of five beat and kicked the woman until she was unconscious. When police showed up, the suspects fled the scene. On Sunday Pham was declared brain dead. By Monday she was comatose.
Police want two other women and two men in the Kim Pham arrest. Authorities hope video footage of the attack will give them leads.
Why someone would want to do such bodily harm to anyone such an extent is hard to understand. With the public's help and video revealing characteristics of the suspects, hopefully it will mean they will all be caught soon and join the other girl in the Kim Pham arrest.
