Kim Kardashian tweeted a photo of herself in which she claims to be entirely without makeup but it looks like she might, maybe, be wearing a bit of left-over mascara on her lower lashes. Natch, the entire Internet is ready to melt down. Sigh.
There have been more than 145K 'likes' and 3,000 comments on the Kim Kardashian without makeup photo since the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star sent it out via Instagram and then Twitter on Thursday night. (Check out the photo linked below.)
The photo was captioned, "11 hour flight...6 hours to go!!! #nomakeup #nofilter" and posted as Kim Kardashian flew to Africa. We know this because the pregnant reality star also recently tweeted, "Home just for a few hours... Off to Africa now!"
Kanye West remained in Paris, where Kim left him to enjoy Fashion Week as she jetted home before embarking on her journey to Africa. While home, Kim accentuated her growing baby bump but kept it covered all at once by wearing a snug black outfit with a sleek camel trench, belted subtley across her slightly-enlarged tummy. Sky-high heels completed the look; careful, Kim! It might be time to take it down an inch or two. We're sure Kanye will approve!
Now, back to the Kim Kardashian without makeup controversy. One Instagram user balked, "Girl, you know you got makeup on!" Another user said they were pretty sure they saw "mascara".

Others supported the jet-lagged "Keeping Up" starlet. Another user eloquently defended her favorite Kardashian, asking, "Why y'all hatin'? Leave this chick alone..."
To be fair, we're probably just going to have to take Kim's word for it on this one. The photo is an extreme close-up and rather blurred. The new so-called Kim Kardashian without makeup photo seen here wouldn't be the first time the star went sans face-dirt, however.

Whether or not makeup was worn for her supposedly no-filter photo, the better question may be why Kanye West is staying in Paris while his girlfriend jets to Africa solo. Maybe the love-birds will rendezvous in Casablanca...
