Kim Kardashian, who's four months pregnant, will look better than ever after pregnancy, promises her fitness trainer.
"She’s so young, and she’s got me helping her, so she’s going to look better after pregnancy than she’s ever looked," Tracy Anderson told HollywoodLife. "I guarantee it.”
Anderson, who has shaped the toned physiques of Gwyneth Paltrow and Nicole Richie, has been working with Kim to minimize pregnancy weight gain and optimize her health. Most recently, she helped Kourtney Kardashian lose 44 pounds just six months after giving birth.
Tracy, who herself lost 30 pounds six weeks after giving birth to her second child, stresses a portion-controlled diet and dance cardio workouts combined with light strength-training.
Anderson says women should strive for long, lean, feminine muscles, but promises her workouts won't turn the curvy Kim into a skinny beanpole.
“She’s got like a very iconic sexy body, she’s not somebody that I would want to take her amazing curves and turn it into something emaciated,” says Tracy, 37. “She’s such a hot girl so it’s like, let’s keep that body like that!”
