Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West have been living with Kim’s mother, Kris Jenner. However, Us Weekly reports that the couple may soon be moving out and into a place of their own.

No, their Bel Air mansion has not completed all the fancy renovations that Kanye wanted. They are allegedly selling that house and have just bought another place for $20 million. This mansion, once owned by Lisa Marie Presley is located in Hidden Hills, California and it is just minutes away from Kris Jenner’s place.

Their new place, which is close to 16,000 square feet, sits on 3.5 acres of land. Some of the amenities boast of a huge entertainment pavilion, two vineyards, two spas, two barbecue centers, and two swimming pools. One of the pools comes with a slide for extra fun.

This time, the couple is planning to move into the mansion without doing any renovations. They must have learned from their Bel Air home that renovations take time and money, especially if the owners keep changing their minds.

A source tells E! that "They wanted more land than the Bel-Air home, so they are flipping that and will have the two homes now. But they will sell that and move into Hidden Hills. It is way more private and secure with a whole security home above."

Kim and Kanye purchased their first home in Bel Air for $11 million in 2013. They started a huge renovation with the intention of tearing down the house and building a 14,000 square foot home done in an Italian- style. They wanted their home to have a gym, movie theater, hair and makeup salon, along with a nanny wing for North to stay in. They also wanted to have a basketball court, bowling alley and two pools on the property. They planned to have an indoor pool and outdoor pool built too.

Do you think that Kim and Kanye will actually leave Kris Jenner’s place, or will they find a reason to stay? In addition, how long do you think they will last without doing any renovation work on their new home?
