Kim Kardashian joined the ranks of Hollywood heavyweights like Robert Pattinson, Miley Cyrus, RuPaul and Jennifer Lopez when she revealed her incredibly lifelike wax figure at Madame Tussauds on Thursday.
The team at Madame Tussauds apparently went to great lengths to ensure each and every dimension of Kardashian's body was accurately represented on her wax counterpart.
The famous wax museum put out the following press release on Thursday, "Madame Tussauds New York is thrilled to welcome Kim Kardashian today. We are so excited to have Kim here to help unveil her new wax figure and know that she will make a great addition to our attraction." ... "As the newest celebrity to be immortalized in wax, Kim’s figure will be part of a special interactive environment. When guests approach her wax likeness, they will be greeted by a personal recording from Kim and be able to see themselves and Kim on flat screen televisions surrounding her figure."
"Over the past few months, Kim has worked with a team of Madame Tussauds studio artists to create her wax figure. MT’s studio artists flew from London to Los Angeles to take hundreds of precise measurements and photos, as well as find exact matches for Kim’s eye color and skin tone. You may even have gotten a sneak peek at the behind the scenes process from Kim’s tweets and blog posts over the last few weeks."
Kim Kardashian also stated in her blog on Thursday, "Hey dolls!! Here are lots more pics of me with my wax figure at Madame Tussauds… I wanted you guys to see it from all angles, LOL. What do you think of it?"
In other news Kim Kardashian and family has been nominated for four teen choice awards as she stated, "I am so excited that I’ve been nominated for two more Teen Choice Awards… Choice Twit (because I’m addicted to Twitter, lol) and Choice Hottie!!"
