Once a Kardashian, always a Kardashian. Translation: If money can be made out of an event, cash it in.
Knowing that the world needs another diet book more than, well, world peace, Kim is "loving the idea of a post-baby body visual diary, showing her weight loss," a source told OMG. And her husband is right there with her.
"[Kim and Kanye] are always thinking about the brand and how to make it bigger and better," insisted the insider.
Kim's body after baby business plan projects a publishing deal. Rather than make money by selling the photos of her weight loss in progress, Kim believes that she can make more money through selling her diary-style weight loss book.
And although photos exist, "only she has the really personal ones that no one can get close enough to take of her," said the source.
To keep her motivated, Kim is taking self-portraits on a daily basis.
"Kim has taken daily photos of herself as she slims down and they’re on her phone and printed out in her private dressing room in order of weight loss," revealed the insider.
"She also has a full size photo of a few Hollywood bikini bodies which she aspires to and is using them as a margin of how much weight she wants to lose."
With all those photos, Kim can easily compare then and now. As a result, she's "beyond excited that she’s slimming down all the time. The visual spur of her photos arranged on her wall have been a huge inspiration."
And the diet isn't an easy one. The Daily Mail recently reported that Kim completely cut out carbohydrates: No bread, no pizza, no pasta, no rice, no cereal.
Kim has lost an estimated 40 pounds since giving birth to North in June. However, she wants to slide into those size two jeans, which means losing another 10 pounds. And she's also working out with a personal trainer Tracy Anderson, according to E! Online.
"She's a gorgeous woman. I think the reason why the weight is coming off is because she's very connected. I went and met little North and Kim's really taking it in stride," Tracy said. "She's really connected to the baby, which is what's important. She's focused on the baby and nursing and taking her time."
Maybe Tracy should substitute "and making a fortune" for "taking her time?"
