Sales of Kim Kardashian's sex tape have reportedly exploded after her recent surprise pregnancy announcement. Sales of "Kim K. Superstar" have reportedly spiked 80% since Kanye West revealed the couple is expecting a baby, TMZ reports today (Wednesday).
The Kim Kardashian and Ray J sex tape which was filmed in 2003. After the home video was leaked in 2007, the adult entertainment company, Vivid Entertainment, bought the rights to it for $1 million. It was released weeks later. Vivid reportedly claims Kim's sex tape, hasn't seen this much action since her wedding to Kris Humphries. The E! reality star's relationship with Kanye West is also credited with boosting sales of the tape -- especially overseas.
The newest member of the Kardashian clan is expected to continue to line mom's pockets throughout the pregnancy and after he or she is born. As Examiner.com previously reported, one expert predicts sales of the first Kim and Kanye baby photos will sell for as much as $3 million. The Kimye baby is reportedly due around the end of June, but the reality star mom could also be paid big bucks for exclusive photos of her baby shower and baby nursery.
