A surprising person is benefiting greatly from Kim Karshiadan’s pregnancy – her ex-boyfriend, Ray J. According to a Jan. 2 TMZ report, sales the infamous sex tape have exploded since Kanye West announced he and Kardashian were expecting a baby just days ago.
Kim and Ray J. made the tape during their relationship. While Kardashian claimed to be horrified when it surfaced, both she and her mother, Chris Jenner, are suspected by many of having a hand in its release. Vivid Entertainment owns the Kardashian sex tape, “Kim K. Superstar.” They report sales have increased 80% since Kanye’s pregnancy announcement on Sunday.
Kim’s fans are notorious for celebrating her big achievements by watching the tape. Sales also rose after her wedding to Kris Humphries. Kardashian’s relationship with West has also been good for sales. Sales have increased each month since they began dating last spring.
All of this is very good news for Ray J. who gets a cut of each sale. (Kim Kardashian gets her share, too, of course, but it’s not like she needs it.)
