Most women are told by their partners that they look beautiful while pregnant, but it sounds like Kim's latest worry gives you a window into what kind of relationship she's in, one that's basically revolving around looks.

Radaronline is reporting Wednesday, March 20, 2013, that Kim's “terrified” that Kanye is going to cheat on her because she is so big while she's pregnant. An insider reports that the romantic soft music and candlelit evenings are over for Kim and Kanye, as he is too busy with his music schedule to spend time with the mother-to-be.

Kim is worried that her bigger size will give Kanye the wandering eye and he'll end up cheating on her. Poor Kim, what a way to go through your first pregnancy. Apparently she doesn't have faith in Kanye if cheating is a worry for her today. Maybe all the two had going was being that handsome couple that people flocked to get a look at.
