Kim Kardashian is all into health right now, not glamour. She wants nothing but the best for the baby she is carrying, and she vows to do everything right. No crazy fad diets for Kim, but she does have a secret weapon, reveals Us magazine on Wednesday, Jan. 9. She has trainer Tracy Anderson in her corner.
Kim got pregnant at one of her slightly out-of-control fitness periods, when she had been partying – and dining in fabulous restaurants – all over Miami and France with boyfriend Kanye West. But all that has changed. "One of the things that I love [about Kim],” the trainer gushed, “is that she doesn't want to go crazy. She's not interested in being like, ‘I want to look hot during my pregnancy’ or anything like that. Just like, ‘I want to be healthy, I want to take care of myself and the baby.’”
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have now done a turn-around, since he publicly announced the baby-on-the-way. They want to be model pre-parents, and Anderson has some methods in mind. “It's about staying connected, it's about circulation,” the trainer explained. “Every month is really different.” In case every mom-to-be can’t afford a personal trainer, she has put her ideas on a series of DVDs, the “Pregnancy Project,” that offer specific workouts for each month leading up to labor. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have bought a house, which they are renovating in a hurry, to be ready before the baby arrives.
