Kim Kardashian's gone overboard with Botox & plastic surgery, say experts (pics)

Add Kim Kardashian to the growing list of Hollywood celebs who are being advised to lay off the Botox and plastic surgery. Recently, Madonna and Megan Fox both came under fire for looking freakish, thanks to what some say are too many visits to the plastic surgeons' office.

Now, experts say Kim Kardashian needs a cosmetic-surgery intervention, because she's taking her naturally beautiful face and turning it into a bizarre Halloween mask.

The phenomenon of shiny foreheads and unmoving faces on Hollywood stars has gotten so out of control that actresses Julia Roberts and Teri Hatcher have both spoken out against Botox, saying it robs them of their ability to show emotions on their face (a necessity for actors!).

Hatcher, 45, even posted photos of her wrinkly forehead on her Facebook page (see slideshow below) to prove that she no longer uses Botox, resolving she won't get the injections again.

'HER FACE LOOKS TOO TIGHT AND PLASTIC-Y'

But Kardashian isn't even 30 yet, but she's already gotten lots of little nips and tucks, observers say.

“It appears that Kim has undergone a rhinoplasty, or a nose job, to make her nose look straighter and the tip more narrow and refined,”  NYC-based cosmetic surgeon Dr. Jennifer Walden tells HollywoodLife. “She also looks as if she may have had Botox to her forehead to help it appear smooth, and fillers like Restalyne or Juvederm to the nasolabial folds (laugh lines)."

While many starlets regularly get cosmetic touchups (and some now start in their mid-20s), Kardashian, 29, needs to stop injecting fillers into her face because the look is too artificial now, say experts.

“She is at the point where she should stop because it’s almost too perfect," says Walden. "She is starting to look tight and plastic-y! When stars start using injectibles in multiple areas of their faces, it smooths everything out, so it looks nearly flawless, which is not consistent with normal human anatomy.”

Florida-based cosmetic surgeon, Dr. J David Holcomb agrees. “[Kim] may have undergone a conservative tip rhinoplasty (nosejob) and may also have had some conservative treatments to soften the midface area such as fat grafting.”

'KIM'S TURNING INTO HEIDI MONTAG'

Still, enough is enough. “Kim is young and attractive and doesn’t need to do anything else,” says Walden. “She’s a naturally beautiful woman. Young women in Hollywood are going overboard with injectibles and surgery. Where does she go from here? She turns into Heidi Montag! I would advise against anything else – she’s starting to look fake.”

Meanwhile, Kim admits she gets Botox but vehemently denies she has had any plastic surgery. "I've never had my nose done [or my breasts]," she said in May 2010. "Trust me. If I take this bra off, you will tell me I need to get them done [because my boobs are saggy]."

Kardashian, who has also been criticized for using diet pills, recently made headlines when she advised an obsessed fan via Twitter not to get head-to-toe plastic surgery to look like her.

On July 24, Kim tweeted: 'Don't change yourself for anybody but yourself...be happy with who u are!' Maybe she should start taking her own advice.
