Kim Kardashian's ex, New Orleans Saints pro Reggie Bush, is the subject of reports noting his Heisman will be taken away. The trophy was said to be stripped from the former USC star early Tuesday, but later reports called the rumors "inaccurate".
What ESPN says about Reggie's Heisman being taken away
"Two sources close to the trust told Yahoo! Sports that the organization is completing its investigation and will agree with the NCAA's finding that Bush accepted improper benefits while at USC and was ineligible during the 2005 season," reports ESPN.com. Adding, "According to the report, the NCAA cited USC for 'lack of institutional control' and handed the Trojans four years' probation, a two-year bowl ban and a reduction in football scholarships."
The report from ESPN also notes that Reggie would be the first player in 75 years to have the trophy stripped from him. In it's list of Heisman trophy winners, Wikipedia includes the Reggie Bush Heisman trophy debate in its list of lifetime winners.
What Wikipedia says about Bush's trophy troubles
"In June 2010, the NCAA ruled that Bush had received improper gifts in violation of NCAA policies. Consequently, the NCAA imposed sanctions against the Trojan football program, including a vacation of all wins in which Bush participated after receiving improper gifts," writes Wikipedia. "The university has returned its replica of the Heisman trophy to dissociate itself from Bush, though the Heisman Trust has yet to decide on whether or not to vacate Bush's Heisman."
The words of Wikipedia, also confirmed by multiple media outlets, are also played out in NBC's rendition of Reggie's trials.
What the Heisman Trophy Trust (the big dogs) say about Reggie's trophy
"I can tell you," says director of the Heisman Trophy Trust Robert Whalen. "...The Heisman Trophy trust has made no decision regarding the Reggie Bush situation."

i hate football. go reggie bush
i dont think reggie should be stripped of the heisman. even though the university gave him improper benefits who wouldnt want to recieve them. and i dont think these benefits would boost his already incredible athleticism unless of course one of the benefits he recieved was steroids or HGH.
