Kim Kardashian was forced to give a nine hour divorce deposition on Tuesday in which she swore, under oath, that she loved Kris Humphries when the couple got married in a televised ceremony, TMZ reports. The pregnant reality star sat for the taped deposition at her attorney's LA office.
Kim Kardashian's estranged husband reportedly did not show up for the deposition, even after his attorney argued in court that he had a right to be there.
His lawyers, however, questioned the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star intensely. According to reports Humphries' lawyers were trying to prove that Kim married Humphries for ratings for her E! reality show. When asked if she actually loved him when he proposed and on the day of their wedding, the 32 year old said she did. She also swore under oat her family's popular reality show had no influence on her decision to marry the NBA star. Their marriage lasted just 72 days.
Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries divorce trial is scheduled for May 6. She is due to give birth to her and Kanye West's baby in July.
