Kim Kardashian reveals pregnancy fitness plans (Photos)

Kim Kardashian is keeping in shape while she is pregnant with Kanye West's child, thanks to fitness expert Tracy Anderson.

Kardashian posted on her blog on Jan. 3, 2013 that Anderson is going to help her stay fit and healthy during her pregnancy.

"Tracy Anderson is keeping me in shape! She is helping me make the adjustments necessary to keep me feeling happy, healthy and most importantly create a workout plan that is safe for the baby."

Tracy Anderson is a fitness expert who has many fitness DVDs for pregnant women, including a post-pregnancy workout and her new DVD series, "The Pregnancy Project" that will be released on March 12, 2013.

It looks like Kim is going to take good care of herself during her pregnancy. She states on her blog, "It’s really important for me to have a fitness routine that works for my body and my schedule and I’m really happy with the workout plan Tracy is working with me on."

It's great news that Kim Kardashian is focusing on staying healthy and fit while pregnant. Even better? She's saying "no" to alcohol.

On New Year's Eve, Kim partied with boyfriend, Kanye West at 1 Oak in Las Vegas, but told the crowd that although she would have liked to have a drink with them, she wouldn't be able to do that for awhile.

Now for the next big question. Boy or girl for Kim and Kanye?
