In the stunning photo spread, Kim sports an elegant white wedding dress with fiance Kanye West by her side. Kardashian is also photographed holding their adorable daughter, North.

Kim is ecstatic to have finally fulfilled her lifelong dream of appearing in "Vogue" magazine, tweeting: "This is such a dream come true!!! Thank you @VogueMagazine for this cover!"

Kardashian gave birth to daughter North in June 2013 and lost 50 pounds just six months later by following the low-carb Atkins diet, which limited her daily carb intake to just 60 grams.

Kardashian's weight-loss plan was a low-carb, high-fat ketogenic-style diet known for producing rapid weight loss. Kim's 2,000-calorie-a-day diet combined proteins like fish, chicken, and meat; healthy fats like olive oil, avocados and nuts; low-starch vegetables, and some low-glycemic fruits like berries.

A ketogenic diet drastically limits carbs, but is high in fat and moderate in protein. It has been praised by weight-loss experts for promoting effortless weight loss without hunger, and for preventing heart disease and diabetes.

Kardashian also worked out five days a week combining cardio exercise with weight-training. Kim recently got laser surgery to remove the stretch marks from her breasts, but denied getting plastic surgery on her breasts and nose. She recently slammed rumors that she got butt-implant plastic surgery to boost her rear after childbirth.

"I'm seeing all these nonsense tabloids claiming I have butt-implants injections," she tweeted. "Get a life! Using pics of me 15 pounds skinnier (before I had my baby) comparing to me now! It sucks when people make up surgery or Photoshop lies when I am so disciplined and work so hard!"
