Oops, she did it again. After losing 50 pounds on the low carb high fat ketogenic Atkins diet, Kim Kardashian gained some weight. As a result, she's back on the Atkins weight loss wagon, reported ABC News on March 20.

"I actually saw I gained some weight back when I saw pics of myself and started it again," Kim confessed on MobioInsider. "Had to check myself."

Although she's not thrilled with the pounds that she added, Kim knows how to take them off. And she shared her diet secrets with a fan on Mobio.

"How did you lose so much weight so quickly. I really wanna lose my thigh weight. Please help!!" wrote the fan.

"I did the Atkins diet," Kim responded. In addition, she noted, "I work out 5 times a week & try to eat as healthy as possible."

However, she doesn't believe in total deprivation from her favorite comfort foods, tweeting that she was looking forward to noshing on garlic noodles from the Beverly Hills eatery Crustacean.

"Can't wait for a yummy girls dinner!" she wrote. "#GoodEnoughToBreakMyDiet."

When she stays away from those "#GoodEnoughToBreakMyDiet" foods, Kim counts carbohydrates carefully, which is key to the Atkins low carb high fat (LCHF) diet as described in "New Atkins for a New You: The Ultimate Diet for Shedding Weight and Feeling Great" (click for details).

LCHF diets, sometimes called ketogenic diets, are designed to boost fat-burning while curbing appetite. While the percentages of fat vary, the Atkins version emphasizes all types of protein, healthy fats such as olive oil and avocado and leafy greens.

Various phases add more variety in terms of carbohydrates such as fruits. Atkins processed foods are available, and there's also a cookbook: "The New Atkins for a New You Cookbook: 200 Simple and Delicious Low-Carb Recipes in 30 Minutes or Less."
