"I actually saw I gained some weight back when I saw pics of myself and started it again," Kardashian revealed in a Mobio Q&A. "I had to check myself. I work out five times a week and try to eat as healthy as possible."

Kim has credited the low-carb Atkins diet for her stunning 50-pound weight loss just six months after giving birth to daughter North in June 2013.

Kim's weight-loss plan was a low-carb, high-fat (LCHF) ketogenic-style diet known for producing rapid weight loss. A ketogenic diet drastically limits carbs, but is high in fat and moderate in protein.

Kardashian's ketogenic diet consisted of 1,800 to 2,200 calories and limited daily carb intake to less than 60 net grams. Kim's diet combined proteins like fish, chicken, and meat; healthy fats like olive oil, avocados and nuts; fresh vegetables, and some low-glycemic fruits like berries.

A typical daily menu for Kim looked like this:

Breakfast: Two-egg omelet with cheese and spinach
Snack: Hummus with fresh vegetables (cucumber, red pepper, broccoli)
Lunch: Grilled salmon with asparagus and a side salad with creamy dressing
Snack: Turkey and cheese roll-ups or Greek yogurt with almonds and blueberries
Dinner: Chicken breast with broccoli and a side salad with olive oil dressing.

Kardashian recently got laser surgery to remove the stretch marks from her breasts, but denied getting plastic surgery on her breasts and nose. She recently slammed rumors that she got butt-implant plastic surgery to boost her rear after childbirth.

"I'm seeing all these nonsense tabloids claiming I have butt-implants injections," said Kim. "Get a life! Using pics of me 15 pounds skinnier (before I had my baby) comparing to me now!

"It sucks when people make up surgery or Photoshop lies when I am so disciplined and work so hard! I work out so hard and this was such a challenge for me but I did it. I'm so proud of my accomplishment and no one will take this away from me with fake (plastic surgery) reports!"
