Kim Kardashian wants to get pregnant again within the next three months because she wants to have kids who are close in age, like she is with her siblings.

"She will be pregnant, she says, by the end of the year," a source told E! "She thinks having a boy for Kanye would be so cute. She has always wanted kids close to each other in age."

The pregnancy reports come shortly after Kim was named GQ magazine's 2014 Woman of the Year. Kardashian dazzled the red carpet Sept. 2 at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London, where she wore a sheer leather bustier bodysuit.

This isn't the first time talk of a second pregnancy has come up. On a recent episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Kim confessed that she wanted to be pregnant before she moves into her new home, which has been under construction for more than a year.

However, sources said Kardashian isn't stressing over having another baby, saying she'll let things happen naturally. Until then, Kim is focused on her career and her fitness regimen.

"She is eating super-healthy and low-carb to get back in shape," said a source. "She is walking, jogging, using weights and spinning. She also uses Kanye's trainer, who was with them on tour."

56-Pound Weight Loss Due to Ketogenic Atkins Diet

Kim famously lost 56 pounds just six months after giving birth to daughter North (in June 2013) by following a low-carb, ketogenic-style Atkins diet that limited her daily carb intake to less than 60 grams.

Limiting carbs promotes rapid weight loss by forcing the body to burn fat for fuel, said ketogenic diet expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Kardashian also worked out every day, combining cardio exercise with strength training and lots of squats and lunges. Kim recently made headlines after tweeting that she wants to lose 15 to 20 pounds after regaining some weight. Kim revealed at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards on Aug. 24 that she had lost seven pounds recently with a strict low-carb diet.

Kardashian said her weight loss secrets included corset "waist training," which involves wearing a corset for extended periods of time to make it smaller. Kim reportedly did waist training in the weeks leading up to her May 24 wedding to regain her signature hourglass figure.

Meanwhile, Kim's brother, Rob, is also dieting and working out rigorously in a bid to lose 50 pounds. On the Aug. 31 episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Rob shocked his family by skipping sister Kim's wedding after feeling unhappy with his weight and appearance. "He feels so ugly," Khloe explained.

Even though Kim was upset that Rob ditched her wedding, she said he had gone into a deep depression after reading nasty online comments ridiculing his weight. Rob's recent weight gain (rumored to be between 70 and 100 pounds) has been an ongoing source of concern for the entire Kardashian family, who is not only worried about his physical health, but his emotional well-being.

Rob's sisters have repeatedly remarked that his weight problems have made him extremely reclusive. In addition to skipping Kim's wedding, Rob was a no-show at numerous recent family outings and vacations. He was rarely seen on the latest season of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."
