Kim Kardashian took to Twitter on April 6 to debut her bare baby bump in an Instagram photo. Posing in a white T-shirt and black leggings, the 32-year-old reality star snapped a double photo. In one frame Kim takes a simple selfie and the next she proudly displays her tummy.
The big baby bump reveal comes on the cusp of a ton of headlines claiming that Kim has lied about her pregnancy weight gain. Further headlines have claimed that Kim had been eating non-stop and that baby daddy, Kanye West, had left Kim because of her weight gain. One of the more recent baby weight gain stories from Mail Online, regarding an outing to a froyo shop and Kim Kardashian’s attire, prompted Kim to respond via her blog.
Celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow, Helena Christensen and Jenna Dewan-Tatum have come to Kim’s defense and scolded the press for “fat-shamming” the pregnant star. Jenna Dewan-Tatum was the first to speak out via Twitter, “Lets all be kind to every woman out there who is expecting … it shouldn't be about how much weight someone has gained, their fashion etc … it's a beautiful amazing moment in time and not about vanity!” True that!
