Kanye West has announced that he and his girlfriend Kim Kardashian are expecting their first child together. The Grammy-winning rapper made the announcement during his Dec. 30 show at Atlantic City’s Revel Resort, when he asked fans, "Can we make some noise for my baby mama right quick?"

Twitterverse exploded as friends of the celeb couple quickly tweeted reactions to the baby news.
First up, it was all in the family as Kim’s sisters tweeted their excitement over the news of the newest member of the Kardashian clan.
Kourtney Kardashian tweeted: “Been wanting to shout from the rooftops with joy and now I can! Another angel to welcome to our family. Overwhelmed with excitement!”
Ditto for Khloe Kardashian, who tweeted: “Keeping secrets is hard with so many family members! Especially when you are so freaking excited!!!!! LOVE is everything!!!!
And Kim’s mama, Kris Jenner, tweeted this simple sentiment: “Oh BABY BABY BABY!!”
Pop star/”X Factor” judge Demi Lovato tweeted: “So happy for you @KimKardashian... Love you SO much and I'm so excited to babysit!! Miss you girly… Once again... SO happy for you!!! Xox”
Ryan Seacrest tweeted: “It's true :) @KimKardashian & @KanyeWest are having a baby! congrats u guys”
Meanwhile, as the hashtag “Kimye” took off, celeb blogger Perez Hilton dealt with a bout of insomnia over the news. Hilton tweeted: “Can't sleep! Being kept up by so many thoughts, like... Who will be the godparents to #Kimye's baby?”
Kim Kardashian is reportedly twelve weeks pregnant, which mean we can expect the arrival of baby Kimye sometime next summer.
