Kim Kardashian lost 50 pounds after giving birth to her daughter, North, back in June. The reality television star worked her tail off to lose the weight and faced harsh criticism the whole time. On Dec. 11, Us Weekly showed off their latest cover which features Kim Kardashian in a white bikini -- and yes, her body appears to be back!
"Kim feels confident again. She worked really hard and is so motivated to stay fit," a source told Us Weekly. Kim worked out frequently (running and squats were two of the main components of her workouts) and also found a lot of success doing the Atkins diet.
Kim Kardashian kissed 50 pounds goodbye over five months and it wasn't easy -- but she's happy that she did it the right way. She recently slammed reports that she had surgery to help lose the weight and she has said that she's proud of herself -- which she should be -- just as every mom who loses baby weight should be.
Kim has come a long way over the past several months. She gained quite a bit of weight while she was pregnant but she didn't adhere to that notion that she had to take the weight off in a record amount of time. Kim took things slow and lost the weight on her terms -- and that really worked for her.
