The latest news and gossip about celebrity and reality television star; Kim Kardashian is her announcement to quit reality TV forever. Hollywood Life and Perez Hilton reports on Feb. 20 that Kim is planning to quit the realty show, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians”.
It seems that the reality star has done some major thinking and planning now that she is with child. Her boyfriend and baby’s father, Kanye West have had some down-to-earth talks about their future and the future of their child.
“My boyfriend has taught me a lot about privacy. I’m ready to be a little less open about some things, like my relationships. I’m realizing everyone doesn’t need to know everything. I’m shifting my priorities.”
The show as it stands now will continue with Kim through season 8 and 9. By this time the baby should be born and we will all wonder what new, interesting and exciting things Kim will want to pursue.
This is quite a shock for Kardashian fans. Rumor has it this major decision may have been influenced by Kanye. It could be that Kim has done some soul-searching or it could be just hormones running the show. They have also made the decision that their child will not be on television. This will cause a giant stir since fans are so absorbed into learning and hearing everything and anything there is about the baby to be.

What will happen to the show? Will it continue without Kim? Will Kim eventually miss the limelight of having the cameras follow her every move as they did for her part in the show?
